Emirates Flying School, a division of Emirates Aviation Services, is pioneer in flight training in the entire Middle East. Established in 1989 with the support of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Department of Civil Aviation Dubai, it is the first approved flight training institution certified by General Civil Aviation Authority, UAE.

The school gives training towards PPL, CPL, Instrument rating, Multi engine rating and conversion of foreign licenses to UAE license. The UAE license given is in accordance with ICAO requirements and is recognized internationally.

The syllabus covers both flight and ground training and provides information and knowledge required for training commercial pilots.

The training is undertaken by the Chief Flight Instructor assisted by other qualified instructors, using 5 US built Piper single engine aircraft and one PA44-180 Piper Seminole multi engine aircraft. A qualified maintenance team is always on stand by to ensure aircraft are maintained to a high standard.

The school is the authorized dealer of Jeppesen in the Middle East and has a fully stocked pilot shop.
