At Emirates Flying School we have developed a comprehensive Private Pilot License program, which includes everything that an aspiring professional pilot will need to launch a successful commercial pilot career. To enroll, the individual should be 17 years of age with a reasonable command of english language. The PPL course includes 40 hours of flying with 4 hours of basic instrument work, 3 hours of night and 10 hours of cross-country.

This rating enables you to fly in weather conditions that a pilot holding just a PPL cannot. It qualifies the pilot to fly solely with reference to instruments. For being eligible to enroll in the instrument-rating course one has to have along with UAE PPL, 50 hours pilot in command cross country time. The course consists of 35 hours of flying in the aircraft, not on a simulator and 31 hours of ground lessons.

Those of you who want to take flying as a career; CPL is the first step towards it. This license qualifies you to fly in Commercial operations, including any airline. Our CPL course is finely tuned to produce graduates that airlines would like to employ. It has been carefully structured to develop the flying skills most suited for any airline environment. To be eligible they should have a minimum of 200 hours of total time with a minimum of 10 hours on multi-engine aircraft.
